Waited 1 hour to be seen.
Had gastroscopy at Renacres about 1 month ago. Chose to come here over Ormskirk but didn't realise there were lots of medical forms to complete. Also had to wait for a few weeks even though I thought it would be quicker.
To improve waiting time.

Consultant not fully completed documents, was sent home after waiting 15 mins (8.00am) told to return at 11.00am.
Building / environment - under development.
Not to be inconvenienced. I would have liked not to be told to return. The procedure could not be done at 8.15am even though my appointment was scheduled for then.
