Disappointing that staff could not help me off the scanner bed after I had my scan as I have a very bad back. I struggled to get up. The staff member said she couldn't help me as she had a bad back too. I found her to be very rude.

Everybody was polite and helpful. Quick service. They told me what I needed to know. I have not been before so I was quite impressed.

I paid £450 for treatment and although the waiting room had TV, coffee and was comfortable, the consulting room was dirty, old furniture and tatty curtains. The consultant agreed it was unacceptable.
