Zero communication from ward to parent /carers

I visit 3 to 4 times a week and have found it pleasant apart from unsavoury characters lurking at entrance

For some reason I feel that the approach is always different when I come, the service is never the same.

The Harbour is a decent place to come but the traffic is a nightmare sometimes coming from Cleveleys.

The car park is awful- All the disable parking areas have been taken and hardly anyone has a badge showing.
The staff are really good so can not fault them.

I have come to collect my mum, I am satisfied with the service provided but could have been better from what I have been told and heard.

The bed is awful and needs to be changed, I don't like the shower. It is not good enough.
But the staff on the ward are very good.
