Royal Preston Hospital

Time between seeing doctor and being referred was long but it is better now. Long queue for car park today and it was the same the last time I came.

Waited for approximately one hour.

My daughter has a serious neurological condition. On the day she came it was life changing. My daughter was brought in on an ambulance and was not seen in nearly two hours. I took her out of the hospital and laid her in the car and took her to the Walton Centre. We were admitted to a ward and stayed a number of days. She was discharged to come back to this hospital but I refused for her to come back here. My daughter shouldn't have had to wait when she was the only one brought in on an ambulance. The ambulance team were very good.

Waited about 15 minutes.

Car park is always full

I have just attended prostrate clinic but have come over here to get a new hearing aid and batteries. Staff very helpful.
Only one mixed toilet in the dept which is a problem for me just now.

Here with my wife on her first visit but I come a bit myself as I have a hearing aid. Am happy here.

Clients experience is not good; multiple problems which requires repeat visits to this & other depts. Complaint about no hot drink machine & limited facilities in the dept.
She is diabetic so cannot have the cold sweet drinks when she is here for extended periods. Feels the staff are excellent but the dep't is dark, noisy and not very comfortable.

Mother of the child who has multiple ENT problems, feels that she has not always got the correct treatment.
Her son is often in pain and gets discharges from his ears. She feels that she often has to go over the same information each time she comes but would rather come to RPH ENT so she can see the same consultant. Feels staff are good but over worked and the dept is "Dingy".
