Very good

It's been very good, I just had a blood test and she kept talking to me to keep my mind off it. She was very good.

Very difficult to get an appointment.

It's very difficult to get an appointment when you have to phone up at 8.30 am continuously it can take 2-3 weeks for an appointment if you want to see a particular doctor. I'd see anybody though - Doctors, cleaners, nurse, anyone so long as I get an appointment quickly.

It's very good when I get an appointment but it takes 1 - 2 weeks to get an appointment. Information given depends on the doctor as I never get the same doctor so there is a continuation of service / knowledge of my care and treatment.
