Knowlegeable staff always ready to help

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Yes, if you want an instant appointment at your convenience, you won't get that anywhere, but the reception does their best to accommodate you depending on the urgency of your problem. My partner and I, both with demanding conditions, have been looked after with great professionalism. Coming from a practice where the doctor went bankrupt and my partner's previous practice where the single doctor used locums all the time, we cannot complain.

My sister was I’ll, generally unwell, coughing and vomiting, no GP available, so a nurse practitioner, told her there’s nothing they could do work through it.
Play condition, deteriorated she went back again, again or GP,4 minutes, nurse practitioner prescribed antibiotics.
Condition continued to deteriorate, very weak change in colour, shortness of breath, barely breathe.
Told no GP, continue with the antibiotics
Anyway-changed doctors, they arrange for an immediate appointment due to the length of time my sister had been L and her deterioration, arranged blood test-hospital contacted her, arranged for an ambulance and she was admitted-kidney failure!
If we had stayed at Peel House she would have died

I have called several times to make an appointment and I struggle every time. When I phone I am always in a queue and when I eventually get an answer the appointments have all been given out and I can't get one. Last time I called I as told to call back another day and had to repeat the process.

I have contacted the surgery to try and make an appointment and have had issues trying to see someone to help me.

My daughter tried to get an appointment for birth control and was embarrassed when asked by the receptionist. I don't think the receptionist should ask what the appointments are for.

There is a lot of waiting. It's OK when we get in. They say go back to GP but we can't get an appointment.

The Doctors are not there for us when we need to get an appointment. My mum can't get an appointment so we end up going to A&E they then tell us to go back to the GP. My mum gets mad with me because she thinks it's me not trying hard enough. It's really upsetting.
