Extremely positive experiences so far.

Both medical staff and support staff have all be so helpful, kind and caring. Every time I have spoken to someone they have been so helpful and not just dismissive. They really do want to help you which is a breath of fresh air. There are a lot of GP practices that could take a leaf out of this practice’s book!!

I found when I really needed to be seen by a doctor they got me an appointment for later that same day. This meant I was referred to the hospital the same day and dealt with much quicker.

Medical staff that have good knowledge treat you with respect and dignity. Have always managed to get an appointment as needed. Happy with my care. Go above and beyond at times.

communication is not very good

My relative went into hospital with suspected pneumonia but it turned out to be covid. When he was discharged i was told we would receive a phone call from my GP in the next four weeks to continue his care at home. i ended up calling them 8 weeks after he was discharged and they were very unhelpful and kept trying to give him antibiotics that he didnt need.

Hard to get an appointment

I cant get an appointment at this surgery it is so difficult. They always say we are full and ring back tomorrow but you ring the time they tell you and still no appointments. I asked to see my medical records and the surgery said I couldn't get them.
