They do not appear to cater for neurodiversity.
Rush in and rush out appointments.
Lack of compassion.

I was referred by my GP for knee surgery, I was called by Fulwood hospital who said they can get me in in the next two weeks. Or I could wait for Royal Preston hospital but this could be around 6-9 month wait. I like that private hospitals can take NHS patients as it helps take the wait time down. The care I received was incredible.

Distinct lack of a caring attitude. Poor communication with staff giving contradictory advice.

Always had a good experience of the NHS

8-9 weeks wait from initial appointment. Arrived at 12 noon on the day of the operation. I didn't go for my operation until 5.15pm. Overall, the process was very smooth. The food was adequate.

Better than Royal Preston Hospital. I didn't know my mum could come here until the option was given.

I had an appointment 4 weeks ago and on the day of the appointment at 8.30am, I received a telephone call from the hospital to say there was a mix up and that the appointment would have to be cancelled as the consultant was away on holiday so I got an appointment for today. I think there was a cover-up and there shouldn't have been a mix up. My appointment was at 10.30am on that occasion and I had booked a taxi which I then had to cancel.
