Fatima Health Centre

I didn't wait very long to be seen, staff were helpful at reception, high standards throughout, nurse was very pleasant and explained everything I required to know, doctor was available on the Monday (and Fridays). The building was too warm for me though.

I am not happy with the service I receive at Fatima health Centre, I can never get an appointment and the receptionists are not very helpful.

I have been waiting for an appointment with the doctors and when i rung up i asked for a lady doctor. i was told there are no women doctors and i said ill wait till tomorrow when they are back. The reply i received was the two women doctors are on maternity and long term sick. This is not very good when you have women who need to say doctors who are women.

I have had a very good experience with my doctors, I have been given scans, blood tests and support that i need.

Since everyone got put at either Fatima or ISSA the wait times have become a nightmare. The receptionist is awful, no respect and i cant get an appointment.
They tell me to ring at 8am in the morning and i do and get told I'm 38 in the queue

really bad service, waiting for ages on the phone line for appointments and you cant get a blood test

I don't have a complaint about the GP but I can't get a blood test. The only way they will give you an appointment is if it is for an urgent blood test. Patients are waiting outside the drop in before its even open to try and get an blood test. I went to Preston Hospital blood clinic but i didnt know that was only for urgent blood tests too. I have tried a few of the drop in clinics and all of them have been a 2-3 hour wait. I just want an appointment for a blood test to test my vitamin levels.
