Every one has been really helpful, professional and caring in my recent care. The service has been excellent.

I am a registered nurse who works within the Fatima Health Centre. I live in Blackpool and needed to register as a temporary patient in Preston due to a very painful ear infection which started whilst I was at work and I didn’t want to travel back to Blackpool mid shift. I first visited Lytham Road Surgery who said they were unable to help me even though I work for the NHS and within the same building. I then visited Issa Medical. The receptionist Amber was absolutely lovely very welcoming and helpful. Amber registered me as a temporary patient and I was seen by a fantastic doctor within 20 minutes of arriving and treated with antibiotics. Thank you Issa for seeing me so promptly, sorting my problem and pain and saving me a trip back to Blackpool.

you ring in the morning and always get an appointment either that day or a few days later. the staff are lovely and the doctors are great, i was invited to the health mela and i think its brilliant.

this surgery is very good, the prescription line is brilliant, you ring no concerns and you can have your prescription within 24 hours.

i waited for such a long time for physio support from this GP even though they are within the same building. I wasn't told how long the wait was going to be and i became very frustrated. I did eventually get to see the physio and they were incredible with me. But communication whilst waiting would have been good.

Farida Karim provides a great level of care . Shia is professional, knowledgeable and ensures understanding. Really helped my taking responsibility for my pre diabetic condition. Great all reins service , reception and paramedics.

The team at Fatima centre are great . I particularly feel the professional quality of service offered by Farida Karim has reassured me and helped me to take control if my pre diabetic state . She combines a knowledge with gentle encouragement and has assisted me to take control of my health outcomes. My contact with receptionist and with Paramedic Heather has been great .

Daughter been ill recently. Dr P has been thorough in his investigations and at last think we may be getting some answers to why is feeling so unwell. A true professional.
