Doors to unit- not wheelchair friendly as doors are manual and a double set of doors to go through
Parking for a wheelchair- difficult to park near the unit so I have to set off early for appointment
Pathway- caliber is wrong for wheelchair and makes it unstable
When parking away from the unit the pathways on site are unstable for the electric wheelchair and cause the patient to feel unsafe.
Hospital couldn't find the RADAR key for bathroom

Not a lot to do whilst you wait but seems OK. Staff address me directly which was good. In other units when I am with my parents staff will ignore me and speak to them but staff here don't.

Would have liked some signs/ indicators about spaces in each car park. Had to drive around a bit. Luckily I was early for my appointment.

Due to my condition and treatment requirements I go to other hospitals in the area. Chorley in my opinion is the best, however I have regular blood tests and the waiting times can be long with a little to do in the seating areas.

This hospital seems to be more bothered about raising money in the car park than investing in its care side, I would not recommend it to others
