Our revisit to Enable U Day Service
On 27th June 2022, Healthwatch Lancashire conducted an Enter & View at Enable U and spoke with people who use the service and staff members. Following feedback and observations made during this initial enter and view, Healthwatch Lancashire made recommendations to help improve the service.
Enable U provides an activity day service for adults with learning disabilities based in Colne, Lancashire
To observe any activities that weren’t running on the day of the initial visit, celebrate successes, measure change, and continue partnership working, Healthwatch Lancashire arranged a revisit to Enable U on 29th March 2023.

It was great to hear positive feedback from people who use the service and to see improvements made by management of the service. Thank you to Enable U for allowing us to revisit.
