PE - Oral Clinic

Waiting time is long for appointments, 4-5 months waiting time. They only run the clinic on a Wednesday so it is naturally busy. Good hospital for its age. Quicker appointment times would make the experience much better. After going in for appointment I was told I could not go to surgery today and had to come back in March 2016.

I'd prefer to go to Chorley, it's a very old hospital. Difficult to get an appointment - always say they are fully booked but it's empty today. Car parking is the absolute worse. Get more parking spaces and make them bigger.

Difficult to get an appointment in the first place. Not particularly friendly staff. Treatment made my issues worse. They need a better appointment booking system and better trained staff/ dentists who are more friendly.

I have been to this department in the past also and find its waiting time very, very long. There is no local parking for the unit so have a long walk to get here. There are no drinks etc and last time I was here for two and a half hours, staff put out jugs of water to help as the machine only had limited items in it. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone sorry

From the cleaners and the nurses and reception they've always been very nice. I've waited months for my appointment before when they had a back-log of patients

They were all over the place. If my mum hadn't have been there to look after me I probably wouldn't be here now

The food was worse than baby feed. It was pureed and tasted really bad. It looked really bad as well.
