consultant communication

i went to see my consultant a few months ago and they sent me for an Xray, i was told at the time of the Xray they had found something and the consultant refused to speak with me about it and kept making out that i was making it up.
good care but miscommunication

I went to Wrightington hospital for an operation and the care was excellent, the hospital and staff were incredible with me. The discharge not so much. I was discharged and told to go home and rest. i became very unwell and rang the hospital who told me to go straight to a&e to be sorted. That's exactly what i did and got sorted. when i went for my check up with the consultant at Wrightington hospital he wasn't happy that i went to a&e and told me i should have come back to him, but all i was doing was following the orders the hospital had given me when i did call to ask for help.
wait times

the wait time for a knee replacement is 2 years. They booked me in and then cancelled without giving me a reason why and have not booked back in yet.
