Withnell Health Centre


The receptionists are unbelievably rude.

This is absolutely not a one off and has been an issue for a very long time. Phoning the surgery to be spoken to in the most rudest way is poor. Despite being polite I have yet to experience respect and maybe a ‘good morning Withnell Health Centre, how can I help’ might be nice as apposed to ‘yes’! The GPS are wonderful but you have to get past the firing line first. Not a pleasant start. And the recent reviews on this do not match peoples genuine feelings regarding this, local people are just trying their best to save the surgery, including me. But this issue is a genuine problem and needs sorting.
