Fantastic service

The new online consultation available is much more effective in being able to express any concerns , the GPs are extremely responsive and the triage system is excellent . I don’t visit often often however whenever I do request a face to face or telephone consultation the GPs are always extremely helpful, supportive and have always dealt with my issues effectively . More recently I have experienced a more complex issue and I am so impressed with the service and support given by both the hospital and GPs. The staff are always attentive, polite and helpful. Thank you for offering a fabulous service and delivering great standards of high care I truly do appreciate it. I attended a hospital appointment they recommended I contacted the GP , I completed an online consultation and they responded almost immediately and the advice given was followed through and I have received the drug recommended by the specialist.
