communication with patients
they made everything online without consulting patients. we ring as we are unable to access the internet and they are always pushing us to book online via the app. i am elderly and we should just be able to ring the surgery and be able to book an appointment. the surgery has not educated patients on the new triage system, they've just expected us to get on with it with no real help or support. i don't even know what total triage means so how would i know how to use it.
