Whittle Surgery



i feel we are being digitally excluded

I have tried to ring my surgery several times and i just cant get an appointment. I was in a waiting line the other day via phone and my friend told me he had got an appointment through the app and there were loads of appointments avaialble. The receptionist answered the phone and told me no appointments were available, i told her that there were loads online and she told me i had to book through the app which i don't have and she said there was nothing she could do. We looked at the app and we counted 20 appointments available online, i think this is very unfair to people who don't have access to apps.
