Discharged from TT without warning

I was discharged without warning or explanation of what would happen once TT referred me to IRS. This left me so angry and made my MH crisis worse. IRS are so uncaring and don't offer any real support, its just the same old " ring us if your suicidal or going to SH" what good is that to someone who is actively SH and dosen't wish to be here anymore. I have NEVER rang anyone to tell them nor would I do especially IRS, who I have had several dealings with and left feeling let down by each time. From TT to IRS the feeling of hopelessness they left me with became ao overwhelming I went onto SH because of them. I will never trust IRS again or TT they abandon you without warning and place you into the care of IRS who make a mental health crisis so much worse in my opinion. What are people supposed to do when those who should help make things worse.
