Awful, harrowing

Given a male key workers. Single female with a history of SA. He has arrived at my home at least once alone. The last time arrived with another male! Impossible to contact either KW or office. KW never has his 'work' phone turned on and office/reception phone either rings out (last time -12/5/25 - 30 minutes+) or rings twice before the call is terminated by them.
