Very positive

November 10, 2015

Trust Medical transported my mother in law from hospital to a care home following a stroke. The ambulance crew were very caring, sympathetic and reassuring.

Complaints handling have been abysmal.

Complaints handling have been abysmal. I have had little or no response from the service and what I have had has taken 4 months to receive. It seems that they are covering up for something.

Wife was in an ambulance and when they drove around a roundabout a free standing wheelchair fell onto her. This cause haematoma. It also meant that her physiotherapy could not start until her injury had healed.
