Not even worth one star. Discriminatory,
First call was on January 10 and the staff advised to call back on January 13, which I did. Then I was told that appointments are not fixed on the phone, as only through the triage form possible. I had to go online and fill out an online form to have an appointment. Severe sore throat: No appointment given, rather referral to pharmacy, where staff had not even the slightest clue what to say or do. I just left it there and continued living with the pain. Severe pain in the left brest: Appointment given, but only with a male doctor. They have no female GPs. The staff on the phone advised that there are only two female GPs on call and she added, "You will never get a female GP". I had to cancel the appointment and continue living with the pain. The Surgery is discriminatory of gender, ethnic background, etc. And yes, I am an ethnic minority. The last CQC inspection was on April 13, 2017. This says so much.
