The radio in the waiting area is on

The radio is always on and is always playing mind numbing pop music on a channel that is full of adverts. It is so irritating. Radio 3 or 4 would be better. Please change the channel for God’s sake.

Don't understand mental health

Nobody at this surgery understands mental health. They prioritise adults over seriously sick new born babies and don't call to follow up. Reception staff are a joke and the whole place needs inspecting. They also like to play with people's mental health medication by stopping and staying it.

The receptionists are rude, arrogant and uncaring.
The management avoid any problems from patients.,
If you complain about poor service. They remove you from the GPs patients list.
I’ve badly damaged limbs . no help at all from anyone at Lockwood and left to struggle as a new handicapped person for weeks,. This goes against their Oath ‘First Do No Harm’
Each corrupted staff member goes against the NHS healthcare protocols.
Promised phone calls never happened. This surgery has been reported to governing bodies.
If you value your healthcare, read the reviews and definitely go to a more caring and honest surgery!

Dr Kirkham listens and does his utmost to help.
But I feel that he is under too much pressure. It does not help his wellbeing with one doctor being off long term sick and another doctor leaving .. But I want him to know he is really appreciated ... thank you
