more support for patients

i find my surgery really good but when it comes to booking appointments its not so good. if you ring now they tell you to go online and complete a form and i cant as i am dyslexic and they don't get it. i feel more could be done for patients with disabilities who don't have access or cant access online. everything seems to be online and they don't do a lot to support people who cant access that.

I love my GP, they are brilliant, I can't fault them at all, I always get an appointment, the care and treatment is great.

Took 10 years to diagnose daughter.

Daughter diagnosed with ADHD and ASO on 7/7/2015, not happy as been going to GP's for 10 years and no one diagnosed. Been with three surgeries, one in Scotland and two in Chorley. Not happy with GP's and need help to complain.
