Booking Appointments

A member of the public told us that they can never get an appointment at The Elms Practice in Ormskirk. They said the phones are always engaged and they find the reception staff very aggressive and unhelpful. They said they have complained by letter in the past and received a letter in reply telling them that if they are unhappy they should go elsewhere.
