The dentist @ Watling Street Road


Receptionist was very unhelpful to disabled p

I was transporting a patient through heavy traffic. My disabled daughter rang in to say we were running past appointment time. And to be wheeled off wheelchair access vehicle was going to take time. She said we won’t see you if more than 5 minutes late - very impolitely. No one except other patients helped out of reception. Training them better might help!
