The dentist @ Watling Street Road

I was transporting a patient through heavy traffic. My disabled daughter rang in to say we were running past appointment time. And to be wheeled off wheelchair access vehicle was going to take time. She said we won’t see you if more than 5 minutes late - very impolitely.
No one except other patients helped out of reception. Training them better might help!

Used this dental practice since it opened. Always received high quality care. Very good with a nervous daughter. Always received reminder texts. Very rarely kept waiting on arrival. There are two issues with the practice:
1) Dentists regularly change so a long term relationship of trust is difficult
2) They are only contactable by phone. No website, no email. Very little info online. No ICO registration advertised.
