Might as well be trash….
When I started my treatment at St Raphael’s I would have happily given them a 5 star review. Small practice that were willing to do what was best for patient. Due to having a butcher for a dentist as a child, I cry even ringing for an appointment! I also will not willingly make an appointment or check up. I won’t bore you with details until 2021 amazing! After that I have been made to feel like a burden and if I dare make a phone call, well let’s just say private money obviously pays. I do not make appointments due to fear so my husband was dealing with everything (in my notes etc) he rang to request an appointment that I have avoided for 5 months the delightful (dragon) lady told him I was no longer a part of the practice and she couldn’t speak to him I had to do it myself, I was in same room so offered she declined and said I need to speak to someone first cos she can’t come here?! Received a phone call a few hours later to return my message, (that i never left) I ask, why I wasn’t a client, oh no that’s not the case we can’t recruit a dentist but we will put you on a list
