Long appointment making times

I contacted the centre to make an appointment at 8am and it took me several attempts to get through to a member of staff. When it came time for my appointment I was given contradictory advice about what I needed to do to solve the problem that I was experiencing. I was sent for a test by one doctor and my results were discussed by another member of staff. There was no continuity of care which made the experience more difficult for me.

Receptionists rude & doctors give wrong meds

The receptionists are unaware that my mother has a pace maker & don't want to know that it is failing...so I am sat watching her get slowly sicker & sicker. The doctor won't come & visit her & my mother won't go into hospital. A doctor rang on Friday, supposedly made my mother an appointment for 'first thing Monday'....guess what.....no appointment is booked in at reception....so i am now back to square 1 with my mother becoming more & more ill right by my side. I feel totally useless.
I truly believe that they have gotten rid of all my mums notes as they know nothing about her condition, pacemaker, her massive operations & amputations. The last doctor they sent to my mother almost killed her as she was totally misdiagnosed, given medication that almost killed her & ended up in hospital for a very long time.....hence she won't go again.......and guess what....despite our family demanding that said doctor is no longer sent to my mum, the receptionist wants to send her to see my mother........why doesn't she know not to send this poor excuse for a doctor & why can't i speak to someone who can help instead of your Hilter receptionists
I would rather have NOT pressed on any of your rating stars as the service provided is NONE....so my rating is zero stars, but I have no option than to press 1 star as it will be N/A .......my rating is zero & i am very concerned for all their patients
