I am concerned about digital exclusion

I am concerned about how a large number of GP Practices seem to be moving towards getting their patients to do everything online or over an app at my practice, it seems that is the way they are going with no option for people to use a phone to make appointments or enquries. For people like me I am ok, I find it concerning where our information will go and whether it is actually of benefit to people. There are people who are not as fortunate as I am and might struggle with using methods like this to be triaged at their surgery. The care I receive is always good but it just bothers me how we are meant to make contact as things go more digital.
