conflicting information from provider

when using this service i get conflicting communication from the service telling me there is a long wait for wheelchairs and that it needs to be urgent or palliative care. But then the GP says that there is no waiting list. The communication is not very good and i struggle to get through to them at time. The care i receive when I'm there is brilliant but the communication could do with some improvement.
