PED - Spiral Preston

I came here for rehabilitation but the environment is not good. The place is too noisy, no day room to relax or an area where you go and relax. They are understaffed here and the bank staff are not up to it, they show no interest in you and talk down to you. I have seen patients wanting assistance to go to the bathroom at night and the bank staff take ages to come and when they do they are not helpful in anyway. I have seen male bank staff coming to help women to go to the bathroom and the patients do not like this. The service here is very poor from what I have seen. The weekends are the worse here due to staff shortages. The toilets are not cleaned regularly and properly. I have seen a staff member cleaning the floors and toilets then a while later they are helping with the food, when I asked about this I was told that person is employed by two different agencies to do two jobs. I feel Spiral provide a good service but are let down by certain individuals.
