Same Day Health Centre - Fleetwood


Fantastic care

A lovely ANP called Lisa has seen my son (now 2yrs old) several times throughout his life for various things requiring treatment. He is a very difficult patient and screams non stop before even entering the room- sadly, he has a huge fear of anyone working clinically in a medical setting. But Lisa has such care and compassion and is so patient with him. Last time she cared for him he had signs of respiratory distress and arranged for him to be seen at CAU after administering a nebuliser there and then. I cannot thank her enough for her fantastic care and compassion with my little one, and for listening and taking my concerns seriously too.
