Same Day Health Centre - Fleetwood


Messed up pre-chemo bloods twice

Absolute disgrace, currently sat at Preston waiting for my blood results to have my 5th chemo cycle that should have started at 11.15am. But thanks to Fleetwood mislabelling my bloods I am now sat here for an extra 2 hours ontop of a very long day waiting for my blood results I have had to do here at Preston. How hard is it to label a couple of tubes with my name??? Not the first time either, the last time on my 3rd cycle they didn't send the results so that was another long wait! Will just travel to Preston in future it's easier.
