Same Day Health Centre - Fleetwood


Phlebotomy malpractice

Had my blood taken today and the lady did not follow any IPC. Reused the same needles crops both arms, four puncture wounds until she got blood out from my other arm. When she went to get blood out my second arm she left the needle on the side un capped.
