Good but appointment bookings need improving

I had a blood test and was phoned to say I needed an appointment to go on statins. The doctor talked to me about the different statins available and their side effects and why I needed to be on them. He put my mind at rest and it's been fine since taking them. Only problem is I think patients should be able to book an appointment at reception rather than having to phone up at 8am everyday for appointments being made weeks ahead.
