Clients experience is not good; multiple problems which requires repeat visits to this & other depts. Complaint about no hot drink machine & limited facilities in the dept. She is diabetic so cannot have the cold sweet drinks when she is here for extended periods. Feels the staff are excellent but the dep't is dark, noisy and not very comfortable.
