PE - ENT

Mother of the child who has multiple ENT problems, feels that she has not always got the correct treatment. Her son is often in pain and gets discharges from his ears. She feels that she often has to go over the same information each time she comes but would rather come to RPH ENT so she can see the same consultant. Feels staff are good but over worked and the dept is "Dingy".
