Royal Preston Hospital


Waited 4 hours. Lack of communication.

It was stuffy and hot. We had to wait 4 hours. We had to ask for water and were offered some in a small plastic glass. There is a lack of communication from staff. Cleanliness - Grubby. I can understand if they are busy but it would be nice if someone could say this and say someone will be with us shortly.
