Eye Clinic

Waiting since 10am. Got seen by a nurse about 10.30 and then seen by doctor at 11.25 and that was only for 5 mins or less. Staff not saying how long the wait would be. Last time we came we were told the appt was cancelled and we came from Blackburn. Timing - Perhaps an indication on a board to say how long we have to wait after seeing the nurse to seen the doctor.
