Ward 8 and A & E Dept

Left in a waiting room for hours and hours, was seen but then sent back into waiting room. I asked for a bed and it was only then they assisted as my son had fallen asleep. Not to be kept waiting for so long once referred to the ward. I wasn't offered anything to eat or drink and I couldn't leave my son to get anything.
