Pharmacy issues

my wife went int preston hospital and was told she would be discharged at 2pm, so I showed up to collect her. They said It was delayed due to her medication not being ready. The pharmacist came up to see us at 4:30 to explain what medication she would be on and why. they said they would be back up soon with the medication so we could leave. it got to 6pm and someone on the ward said to me, 'you know the pharmacy is closed now dont you.' i spoke with a member of staff and they said yeah you cant get the medication now youll have to come back tomorrow. we finally got discharged at 9pm at night and they told me to come back in the morning and it would be ready. i went back to the pharmacy at 12 pm to be told it isnt ready and i would need to come back later, i explained the situation to them but they didnt seem to care, eventually i left at 3pm with her medication.
