support in place for vulnerable patients

i took my mother to RPH a&e a few weeks ago as she was really poorly. it wasn't appropriate for her to be sat in a waiting room with everyone else. the chairs weren't supportive enough she was vulnerable and around other people who are poorly. i feel there should be a protective space for elderly and patients with dementia.
