Treatment of patients

RPH A&E is shocking, I went a few months ago as I had a stroke and I was sat in the corridor for 23 hours waiting to be seen. And that’s after having a stroke. what would it be like for walk in patients. i felt i wasn't treated with kindness or dignity and was left on the corridor for ages with no help or support.
