I had a gynaecology appointment at RPH booked in for March after months of waiting, I showed up and they told me my appointment had been cancelled but no one had rung me or sent me a message to tell me it had been cancelled. I had taken time off work, driven to Preston tried to find parking and then I was told it had been cancelled. They weren’t nice with me or supportive, they looked online and said you’ve been rebooked in for August now. I couldn’t believe no one had rung me to tell me it had been cancelled but then to now wait until August its just not very good.
