Royal Preston Hospital


relative bad experience

My relative was admitted to ward 23 in preston and it was awful. The staff need to listen to the patients more and actually read their files before they come to the bedside. We had to write on the white board above her bed as noone had done it, we tried to help the nurses. she signed a DNR but i dont think she should have done as she dont remember it at all. She was transferred to critical care and they were incredible, and also ward 17 were amazing
