Royal Lancaster Infirmary

Service with a smile

I attended an appointment today at Royal Lancaster Infirmary oncology department with my sister in law. We were early so we parked outside main building and took the lift to the restaurant. In the lift we met Steve a porter who gave us directions to the oncology department which was too far for my sister in-law to walk, I asked where I could get a wheel chair for her. Steve asked what time our appointment was and said he would come back in 30 minutes when we had had some lunch and take us to the appointment. Steve arrived as promised and pushed my sister in law to her appointment. This was not arranged previously or expected it was a very kind thing to do and I would like to thank Steve for his kindness and congratulate RLI for employing him. oncolology department with my sister in law
