A & E and Inpatient Ward

On the Sunday morning I got a phone call at 6.15am. They told me it was bad news. When I got to the hospital she had died. I would have liked to have been with her and been told she was deteriorating. She was asleep so it wouldn't have made any difference but I would have liked to have been informed of her condition.
