ED-OPS

Appointment cancelled three times already. Not seen on time. Not just here it happens at Burnley as well. Standard cancel letter. Originally offered appointment 12 months down the line and had to ring consultants secretary to get job done. Consultant and doctors need to be available to keep booked appointments. Not happy as working at 12 noon and may be late.
