Rowlands Pharmacy - Westgate Skelmersdale

the doctor sent my prescription to the pharmacy for me to collect. when i got there it was clear to see it was very busy with people sitting and standing around. i was told at the desk that it would be an hour wait and it would be easier if i came back. i explained that the prescription had been sent via the doctors a few days earlier and had only come to pick this up. they looked very over whelmed and seemed to have limited support. There are only a few chairs provided and i couldn't sit down as they were all occupied. i told them id have to wait as its a long way back home and i cant stand for long. Whilst i was there someone wanted to make a payment and the staff member said we cant take your payment at the moment as we have no staff to do this.
